Warranty & Returns
– Do not sign for the package if the box is not in perfect condition
– Record a video while opening the box and checking the product from start to finish (the clip should clearly show the box and product from all angles without interruption or editing)
– If the product is damaged or defective, point out the damage during the video and send the video evidence back to the store on the day of delivery
– Without a video, the company reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges
– Only products damaged or incorrect due to shipping or manufacturer error are eligible for return/exchange
– Damage from normal use (even wearing once) or improper use is not covered
