Shipping
– Products are shipped on the company’s working days. Cut-off time for same-day shipping: 16:00. Orders paid after 16:00 will be shipped the next day

Warranty & Returns
– Do not sign for the package if the box is not intact
– Record a video while opening the box and inspecting the product from start to finish (video must clearly show the box and product from all angles without cutting or stopping)
– If the product is damaged, indicate the damage during the video and send the video proof to the store immediately upon receipt
– No video proof = no exchanges/returns allowed
– The store accepts exchanges/returns only for products damaged during shipping or manufacturing
– Damage from use (even after trying on once) or improper use is not covered
