Warranty and Exchange/Return Policy

• Do not sign for the package if the box is not in perfect condition

• Please record a video while opening the package and inspect the product from start to finish (the video should clearly show the box and product from all angles, without stopping or editing)

• If any defects or damages are found, point them out in the video and send the evidence back to the store on the day of receipt

• Without a video, the company reserves the right to refuse any exchange/return

• Only products damaged during shipping or due to manufacturing defects by the company are eligible for exchange/return

• Products damaged through use (even after wearing once) or misuse are not covered under the warranty
