Delivery

• Products are shipped on business days. Cut-off for same-day shipping is 4:00 PM. Orders and payments made after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Warranty and Returns/Exchanges

• Do not sign for the package if the box is not in perfect condition

• Please record a video while opening and inspecting the product from start to finish (the clip should clearly show the box and product from all angles without interruption or editing)

• If the product is found to be defective or damaged, point out the damage during the video and send the video evidence back to the store on the same day of delivery

• Without a video, the company reserves the right to refuse any returns/exchanges

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for items damaged or faulty due to shipping or manufacturing by the company

• Damage caused by usage (even after wearing once) or misuse is not covered under warranty
